Introduction Of Ore Processing Plant

The ore process plant is mainly used for crushing, grinding, separating, washing, extracting, upgrading mineras ors and geting ore concentraction in ore dressing industry. Ore Process Plant is made up of jaw rusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, shaking table, thickener and drying machine.

Gravity Separation Plant

Suitbale Materials:

It is suitable for the placer alluvial gold ore, rock gold, gold quartz ore, tin ore, chrome ore, managanese ore, carlin-type gold mine, volcanic gold mine and iron cap gold mine.

Using the gravity separation method, placer gold can be obtained finally.

Rock gold ores are disintegrated into particles through the crushing and grinding process. Extract gold from the particles by some gold beneficiation methods.

Mainly Equipment:

gravity separation process is made up of crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, or pan mill, shaking table and spiral chute.

Flotation Separation Plant

Process materials:

It is mainly used to select metal minerals such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel and aluminum. It can also be used for the selection of ferrous and non-metallic (such as graphite, apatite).

Working Process:

1. Mineral is crushed by jaw crusher to crush the ore into a reasonable fineness; after that the material will be sent to silos by the elevator.

2. The materials are evenly by feeder into the ball mill for the grinding process to 80-500 mesh.

3. The ores after fine grinding will enter into the spiral classifier to wash and classify the ore mixture.

4. After cleaning and grading, the ore will go through the flotation operation after being sent to the flotation machine by the mixing barrel.

5. The fine materials after being sorted by the thickener can get dry minerals after drying.

Magnetic Separation Plant

Suitbale Materials:

It is suitable for the wet magnetic separation of iron ore, magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other material.

The minerals is crushed and grind to below 3mm particle size. Then use the magnetic method to upgrade by 85% and seperate. The production line can process more than 70% of the waste impurities, clean and purify the iron concentrate grade to above 99%.

Magnetic separation process is made up of vibrating feeder, chute feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, thickener and drying machine and other major equipment.
